These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the krijya platform. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
All players must be at least 18 years of age. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
BDT Accounts Only
All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and supported banks.
Fair Play Guaranteed
All casino games use certified RNG technology. Outcome manipulation is technically impossible — fair play is a structural guarantee, not a promise.
Bonus Wagering Rules

1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and krijya ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at krijya, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotions, and the payment cashier. By completing the registration process and creating an account on the krijya platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.
krijya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The version published on this page at any given time is the version currently in effect.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document is authoritative and controlling.
1.1 Scope of Services
The krijya platform provides online casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer casino services, and associated promotional activities to eligible players located in Bangladesh. The platform is intended solely for personal, recreational use by adult players. Commercial use, resale of services, or use by automated systems or bots is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Governing Language and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The platform operates in English and targets the Bangladesh market. All communications between krijya and players — including support tickets, bonus notifications, and account alerts — will be conducted in English.
1.3 Changes to the Platform
krijya reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, payment method, or other service offered on the platform. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
2 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming services at krijya, you must create a registered account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
- You are registering on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the krijya platform or any affiliated platform.
- You have not previously had an account closed by krijya for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of krijya or any of its partner companies.
2.1 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of your account.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the krijya platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, krijya reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held across those accounts.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
krijya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time as requested by our compliance team:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, dated within the last three months)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., bKash account ownership confirmation, bank statement)
- Selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested will result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete. krijya reserves the right to close unverified accounts that remain unresponsive to KYC requests for an extended period, returning any verifiable real-money balance to the original deposit source where technically possible.
2.4 Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. krijya staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the krijya support team immediately at [email protected].
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the krijya platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard international cards.
3.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. krijya reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
3.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your krijya account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile financial service network. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. If a deposit has not been credited within two hours, please contact support with proof of transaction before initiating a second deposit attempt.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by the krijya finance team during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
3.4 Currency and Fees
All account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). krijya does not apply a platform-level fee to standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees independently of krijya. You are responsible for any fees charged by your chosen payment method provider.
3.5 Responsible Use of the Cashier
Players are encouraged to use deposit limit tools to manage their spending. Deposit limits can be set at the daily, weekly, or monthly level from the responsible gaming section of your account settings. Once a deposit limit is activated, it cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
4 Bonus Terms
krijya offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by krijya are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms at the time of opt-in. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Live dealer table games, blackjack, joker poker, and other table games may contribute at a lower percentage rate as specified in the bonus terms. Wagering on excluded games does not count toward the requirement.
4.2 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered the required number of times by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Extensions to bonus validity periods are not granted.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
krijya monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on games with low house edge to deplete wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts to generate bonus value, and exploiting pricing errors in bonus configurations. Where bonus abuse is detected, krijya reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and take further action up to and including permanent account closure.
4.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player
The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through additional account registrations constitutes a violation of both the bonus rules and the one-account-per-player policy.
5 Betting Rules
The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the krijya platform, covering both casino games and sports betting markets.
5.1 Casino Games
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or other certified providers). Once a game round is initiated and the final result is displayed, that result is final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a documented technical fault affecting the integrity of the round.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will typically be completed automatically by the game server and the result recorded. If a technical fault prevents a round from completing, any wager placed for that round will be refunded to your account balance. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.
5.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets at krijya are governed by the rules of the relevant sport as administered by its governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, kabaddi federation rules for kabaddi). Specific market rules — including how markets are settled in the event of abandonment, weather interruptions, or rule amendments — are described in the individual market information accessible from the sportsbook interface.
Pre-match bets placed on a fixture that is subsequently postponed for more than 48 hours will typically be voided and the stake returned. In-play bets placed on a fixture that is abandoned will be settled based on the score and game state at the time of abandonment, subject to the specific market rules.
5.3 Pricing Errors
In the event that odds or game paytables are published in error — due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error — krijya reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. We will not pay out winnings calculated on the basis of a demonstrably erroneous price or paytable where that price or paytable did not reflect the intended offering.
5.4 Maximum Winnings
Single-transaction and cumulative payout limits apply on the krijya platform. The maximum payout from any single casino game spin or round is ৳5,00,000 unless stated otherwise in the specific game's rules. Sports betting maximum payout limits per event are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the applicable maximum, with the excess forfeited.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the krijya platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, which may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of balance.
- Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a way that simulates human play.
- Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to casino game glitches and sportsbook odds errors.
- Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-format games to manipulate outcomes.
- Making chargebacks or disputed transactions via your payment provider in bad faith after having received gaming services from krijya.
- Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal activity.
- Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
- Sharing your account credentials with a third party or allowing any other person to operate your account.
7 Account Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your krijya account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard KYC requirements and wagering obligation checks. Real-money balance remaining after all obligations are settled will be returned via the primary deposit method.
7.2 Closure by krijya
krijya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity associated with the account.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance reasons that require account restriction or closure.
Where an account is closed by krijya due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance, bonus-derived winnings, or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned to the original deposit source following investigation.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from a minimum of 24 hours to a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned by our support team as a priority. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked from deposits, wagers, and logins. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened at the player's request — the exclusion remains in effect for the full chosen duration. 8 Age Restriction
The minimum age to register and use the krijya platform is 18 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the platform. krijya takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously and operates an active age verification programme as part of its KYC process.
8.1 Parental Controls
If you share a device with minors, we strongly recommend making use of device-level parental control software to restrict access to online gaming websites. krijya does not bear liability for underage access resulting from a failure to secure household devices. Third-party parental control solutions can help prevent minors from accessing age-restricted content across all websites and apps on a shared device.
8.2 Age Verification Process
Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process described in Section 2.3. Players will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document confirming their date of birth. A withdrawal request cannot be processed until age verification has been completed successfully. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a registered player may be under 18, krijya may suspend the account and request age verification documentation at any time, including prior to any withdrawal being requested.
